The rules
It's all written down. Nothing gets discovered along the way.
What happens if we run late, what belongs to you, how you leave if you decide to. Most agencies only say it in a dispute. We say it before you sign, and it's identical across all three plans.
Payment50 % on signature, the balance at go-live, which starts the subscription.
Term3 months firm on NEXT Site, 6 on NEXT Business and NEXT Commerce. Then month to month with 30 days' notice.
What is yoursDomain, copy, photos, customers, enquiries and orders: it all belongs to you, in every circumstance.
How you leaveThirty days' notice after the firm period, no reason required, and we export everything to you.
Deadline and punctualityIf we're late: one free month of subscription per week, up to three.
Revisions and dormancyOne round of revisions included, 70 € for the next; without your materials within 60 days, restart at 190 €.
Third-party costsDomain, email, payment fees and ad budgets are paid directly by you.
